According to Curinos data, during the peak of pandemic lending (2020-2022), the average FICO FICO +1% increased and average DTI decreased as compared to prior years. While there has been some expansion of buy-box or credit guidelines in the past few years, we see nothing within our proprietary data that suggests a reversion to pre-crisis credit standards or inflated credit risk.
