Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Curinos acknowledges the need for diversity within all areas and levels of our company. Our colleague run DE&I committee manages initiatives across three workstreams:
- Representation and Change – advocating for inclusive policies, practices and processes
- Awareness and Education – educating and promoting the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Community and Support – building and supporting internal and external communities

Curinos Community
Curinos is committed to supporting the local communities in which we operate. Our community program is an organized program educating and raising awareness around marginalized and disadvantaged communities and co-ordinating colleagues to collectively take their volunteering days to make a difference to these communities.

Curinos is committed to creating a workplace culture that embeds colleague mental health and wellbeing across the organization ensuring every colleague can thrive.
We have multiple forms of support in place for you to access, as well as a variety of professionally trained networks dedicated to supporting each individual and their wellbeing within the workplace, and beyond.
