Search for open positions via our website. We know sometimes the perfect candidate doesn’t exist and  people can be put off applying for a job if they don't meet all the requirements. Found a role that feels like you? Just hit ‘I’m Interested’ on the job posting and complete the application. 

Once your application has been submitted, your resume and qualifications will be reviewed and you will be contacted if you are selected for an interview. If you don’t get contacted for an interview, please don’t be discouraged. Keep tabs on our open positions, and don’t be hesitant about applying for other roles in the future.

Interview

If selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a member of our friendly Talent Acquisition team to schedule an initial phone interview, usually within one to two weeks. The first step in the interview process is typically an introductory phone or video interview with the recruiter. This interview is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background and for you to learn more about Curinos and the role. While the interview process varies based on the business and role for which you are being considered, you should expect two to three rounds of interviews, via either telephone, video, or in person and may be asked to complete technical or case-based tasks depending on the role for which you are being considered. Don’t be nervous, we want you to be successful!

Offer

You will be notified of your status and next steps as quickly as possible. If you are receiving an offer, you will likely have it in writing within one week of your final interview. We encourage you to closely review your offer and ask questions of our recruiting team and the professionals you met throughout the process. This is a great time to take advantage of the relationships you formed and the knowledge you gained during this process.

Preboarding

If you choose to accept your offer, you will work with the talent acquisition to determine your start date. We have intake dates twice a month. You will then begin the onboarding process where you will receive your IT equipment, your 30/60/90 day plan and be introduced to your onboarding buddy. You will attend a new hire orientation on your first day and be invited to a meet the CEO session in your first month.

We also host monthly Lunch and Learns on an array of topics to help further your industry knowledge (Banking 101), understand emerging technology (AI at Curinos) or get the most out of your benefits (Saving for the Future You).

We offer an array of specific training programs, tailored to meet business and colleague needs.

For example, all new, prospective and existing managers complete our Management Essentials training program to ensure we operate consistently and equally across our organization. Our Product Management teams also complete our certification program.

Every colleague has access to 24/7 LinkedIn Learning and our Learning Management System, Absorb, which provide 1000s of technical, non-technical and role specific courses. New content is added every month so there’s plenty of opportunity to update or expand your knowledge.

At Curinos we want colleagues to have the freedom to develop knowledge and skills however that suits them and provide everyone with an annual learning stipend. This can be used for books, courses, professional memberships, networking events, subscriptions and other resources which will assist in furthering your professional development.

Mentoring is a great way to gain insight into where you want to be and how you can get there. It is about more than giving advice, it’s about motivating and empowering.
