With more than 20 years of global experience in people and organization strategy, culture, and transformational change, Ms. Rath will be responsible for the company’s talent management strategy and all aspects of people and culture.

Before joining Curinos, Nikki was the Global Director of Human Capital at PwC, where she led talent retention, global mobility and leadership development and was instrumental in leading HR initiatives across more than 40 countries. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Capital at Booz & Company in Australia for more than six years.

Ms. Rath holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas and a BA in Economics. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, camping, hiking, and traveling with her family and is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for baseball.
