Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Curinos

At Curinos, our colleague committee focus on defining and implementing initiatives and programs centred on the core focus areas of Representation & Change, Awareness & Education, Community & Support. Our action is built on three core pillars:
Representation & Change
We acknowledge the need for diversity within all areas and levels of our company and are creating policies, practices, processes, and measurement to ensure accountability for hiring, developing, retaining, sponsoring, and mentoring a diverse workforce.
Awareness & Education
We focus on learning, appreciating, being educated on and promoting the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and the importance of creating a safe and accessible work environment where Colleagues feel supported and comfortable sharing experiences and personal challenges.
Community & Support
We are actively building an environment in which we celebrate the richness of our diversity, foster empathy for each other and have positive impact on the communities where we live and work through active Colleague involvement and volunteering.

Well-being & Support

Curinos has been dedicated to ensuring colleague wellbeing is a priority focus and that colleagues across US, Canada and UK are treated equitably.

In 2022, the business invested in 13 Mental Health First Aiders, crossing 4 time zones from GMT to Pacific Standard time ensuring colleagues have in-person support from 8am to 2am GMT. This is in addition to their Employee Assistance program in all countries, which is a confidential service available 24/7 for any colleague wishing to talk about mental health, financial health or family matters.

Resources dedicated to inclusion and wellbeing have been created on the company intranet, helping colleagues understand stress, fatigue and tips for wellbeing including steps how to recognise and address these.

Wellbeing and mental health topics and awareness days feature regularly in companywide meetings sponsored by the CEO, in addition to colleague discussion panels and sharing of personal stories and experiences.

Over the summer months, Curinos hosts Summer Fridays, allowing all colleagues to finish their workday at lunchtime to decompress, enjoy the feelgood weather and start their weekend early.
