Introduction
What is NDepth used for?
NDepth helps corporate treasurers to analyze and manage their monthly bank fees from “Account Analysis” (AA) statements.
How do I report a problem or request support?
Click the “Customer Support” link in the upper right corner to submit a support Or you can email Support directly at ndepth_support@treasurystrategies.com
How do I reset my password? Why can’t I reset it?
Click the “Forgot Password” link on the landing page to send yourself a reset password Check your email inbox for a link to reset your password or contact Customer Support for help. You cannot change your password to the same password previously used. See the on-screen instructions for other restrictions for password length, etc.
Must I accept the Terms and Conditions before continuing?
Yes, to use NDepth, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. You will be prompted automatically unless someone in your company has already accepted them previously.
How do I add more users to an existing corporate account?

Banks
Which banks are supported?

What currencies are supported?
All standard currencies are supported, users can select a base functional currency when generating your NDepth reports.

Company Info - Onboarding
What information do I need to provide?
The “Company Info” screen walks you through the necessary firm demographic information, such as your contact information, your corporate address, the banks you use, and your company’s industry and annual revenue.
Why can’t I complete the Company Info screen? The “Save and Continue” button won’t let me continue.
Be sure to provide all the required fields, including specifying a value in each dropdown selection If you don’t know an answer, use your best guess. You can change it later.
File Uploads – Account Analysis Statements
Why can’t I access the File Uploads screen?
You must first complete the Company Info screens to access File Uploads.
How do I upload a file?
Click on the “Upload” button on the File Uploads Then drag-n-drop files from your desktop or select files with your file browser. Tip: you can upload multiple files at once.
What files should I upload?
Please upload all of the “Account Analysis” (AA) statements provided by your banks each Be sure that you’re not submitting the same data more than once – doing so will cause double-counting in your reports.
What formats are supported?
NDepth currently supports AA statements in searchable PDF, EDI-822 (Electronic Data Interchange), or TWIST/BSB/CAMT.086

Are scanned PDFs acceptable?
No. You must provide the “original” electronic PDF you obtained from your bank, not a scan of a paper statement, nor print-to- pdf statements.
What EDI-822 formats are supported?
The files must be in EDI-822 format and must be submitted as a .TXT Both versions 3010 and 4010 EDI formats are supported. Contact Customer Support to inquire about other versions.
Why can’t I upload my EDI files?
Make sure they have the .TXT file extension or contact Customer Support.
Should I upload statements for one bank or multiple banks?
You should upload AA statements for each of your banks.
What if I receive multiple AA statements from a given bank for a single month?
You can upload multiple statements from that bank for the NDepth works best if you upload a single, consolidated file that includes your “Summary” analysis.
Should I split or combine the PDFs?
Do not split or combine the PDFs. Please provide them in the exact form as they were received from your bank.
Should I upload AA Statements for all banks or only supported banks?
You can upload statements for all This helps us to know what banks our customers want added. Previously uploaded statements will be processed when that bank is supported.
How can I tell if an uploaded statement format or bank is supported?
The file inventory on the File Upload page will show the file’s status, including whether it is a supported The status will say “Uploaded” until the format is detected as being supported.
Why is the month and year blank in the file inventory? Do I have to specify the month and year when I upload a statement?
The month and year will be detected automatically for supported statement formats.
Is there a limit on what I can upload?
Only PDF, TXT (EDI), or XML (TWIST/BSB/CAMT.086) files can be If you encounter other limits when uploading very large files or many files, please contact Customer Support. Files are also scanned for viruses and will be rejected accordingly.
Can I download my AA statements?
Click on the file name in the left column of the file inventory table, and you will be prompted to download the PDF. In most cases, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view the PDFs.
Reports
How long does it take to obtain reports?
Times vary based on many factors, including whether the bank is currently In general, most files process within 20 minutes of receipt. In some rare circumstances, statements may take 2 business days or longer to process if additional quality assurance (QA) checks are required to ensure that your reports are accurate. Contact Customer Support for details.
How will I know there are reports available?
You will receive an automated email message when your new reports are available, and they will be visible under the applicable Reports tabs.
Why don’t all my banks appear in the report?

What is the report format?

What web browsers are supported?
Internet Explorer (IE) version 11 and higher, Firefox (most recent version), and Google Chrome (most recent version).
What devices and operating systems are supported?
NDepth is officially supported on Windows laptops and We are not aware of any issues on MacOS, so it should work on Macs as well. It has not been tested on tablets or phones, but you are welcome to try it.
Is there any installation required, or are any plug-ins required?
No, NDepth is entirely web-based and works in any modern It does not require Flash or any other special plug-ins.
